Shipping and processing

Maggie's Farm and Aromatics products are made, packed, and shipped from Chillicothe, Ohio.

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. Custom, personalized, event, wholesale, or larger made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be communicated when applicable.

Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address needs corrected, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, carrier delays, forwarding issues, or incorrect-address delivery problems may be outside our control.

Local pickup, delivery, or event-specific fulfillment may be offered when available and will be shown at checkout or arranged directly with Maggie's Farm and Aromatics.
