Returns and exchanges
We want your order to arrive in good condition and feel right for your home, body, or gift-giving plans. If you have an issue with an order, email us at kazy@maggiesfarmandaromatics.com within 14 days of delivery so we can help.
Physical products may be eligible for return or exchange when they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Because our products are handmade in small batches, we cannot accept returns on used bath, body, personal care, home fragrance, or custom products.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, sale, gift card, and digital download products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Digital products are final sale once files are delivered or accessed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Approved returns should be mailed only after we confirm return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
